In August 2012 after a few months preparation and with the support of the friends of Yoga in Sofia we opened the very first Iyengar Yoga Centre in Bulgaria at Blvd. A. Stamboliiski 134 & Aldomirovska str.
and a branch at Todor Kableskov 61.
The purpose is the teaching and spreading of Iyengar Yoga in Bulgaria as well as to train students who wish to become certified and continue the spreading and development of this innovative teaching method, which is well known that it has influenced the way yoga is practiced worlwide.
